Upon login you will be presented with the MEMBER OPTIONS list. From here a member can select from a number of options related to membership. Click the ”CREATE NEW FLYER” option, see Fig. 1.

Note: While there is no limit on the amount of time you take to create a flyer during any login session, there is an idle session inactivity time limit of 90 minutes, after which you will be automatically logged out and may lose any changes made to the flyer during that session. As such, you will always want to save your interim flyer before leaving for any extended period of time.

Depending on your category selected, the flyer templates may contain both standard and themed templates. Flyer Summary Entry

Now that you have selected your desired template style, it is time to enter the key summary attributes for your flyer, see Fig. 5. The summary attributes requested will be relative to the flyer category you selected. Thus, for real estate flyers, key attributes would include items like number of bedrooms and baths; whereas, automotive flyers would include items like make, model, &c. There may also be a section that will allow you to include external links on the flyer to virtual tours, videos or other multimedia effects that you may have created outside of our site.

Note: our site also provides tools for creating and adding virtual tours and videos. This is easily done after the flyer has been created either at the last flyer scheduling screen using the top “Create Virtual Tour” navigation button or later by going to the MANAGE EXISTING FLYERS section..
