Flyer Print Instructions

All browsers and printer settings are different. Because of this you may need to adjust your browser print settings in order to properly print your flyer on 1 page with full color.
Follow the below instructions to adjust your browser for optimal printing.

- In your Internet Explorer browsers top menu bar go to File → Page Setup
This will open a Page Setup window

- From the Page Setup window adjust your top and bottom margins to 0.3 and also remove the text that is located in the header and footer fields then click OK
The margin settings are located at the bottom of the Page Setup window.

- In your Internet Explorer browsers top menu bar go to Tools → Internet Options → Advanced tab and check the “Print background colors and images”
This option is located towards the bottom of the Advanced tab

- Adjust text size if needed - In your Internet Explorer browsers top menu bar go to View → Text Size
This option will allow you to adjust your text size to a smaller or larger font in order to aquire your desired print format.

After your flyer has been completed and scheduled for distribution, you can create a PDF version by clicking the PDF link in the MANAGE EXISTING FLYERS section, see Fig. 1.
